On the morning of March 12th, 2018, James Hughes, the Acting Dean of Emory Law School, Phoebe Stevenson, the Vice Dean, and Jessica Dworkin, the Assistant Dean visited Tsinghua Law School. The Dean, Professor SHEN Weixing and the Vice Dean, Associate Professor CUI Guobin warmly welcomed them.
The Acting Dean James Hughes introduced the latest situation of Emory University, highlighting the predominant disciplines of Emory Law School and the possibility for Tsinghua Law School and Emory to cooperate on multiple projects, including a one-year LL.M. project, a two-year JD project, a one-semester home and abroad MCL project, and a two- to four-year SJD project.
Dean SHEN Weixing briefly introduced Tsinghua Law School to the guests and focused on the construction of the Faculty Team. Vice Dean, CUI Guobin briefed the guests on the predominant disciplines of Tsinghua Law School, the development of the internationalization of legal talents and international cooperation.
