Tsinghua China Law Review encourages scholars, legal practitioners and academics from all backgrounds to submit articles on topics relating to Chinese law or other legal issues that pertain to China.

5. Schedule

Founded in 2009, published bi-annually. Submitted articles will be considered on a rolling basis.

6. Length of Manuscripts

There are no length requirements and submissions may be of any type, including articles, essays, notes, comments, and book reviews. Tsinghua China Law Review will select the highest quality manuscripts for publication.

7. Citation Format

Please use footnotes rather than endnotes. Footnotes should conform to the 19th edition of The Bluebook.
